Book a Birthday Party at Peninsula Gymnastics - San Mateo

Peninsula Gymnastics in San Mateo offers birthday parties for kids 3-12 years old. No gymnastics experience is required. Activities are instructor-led. Typical activities use the gym’s trampoline, foam-filled pit, trapeze, climbing wall, and parachute. Each party includes activity time, plus time in the private party room for cake, food, and drinks that you bring to the party. Packages are priced in tiers based on the total number of participants.

Package A: 1.5-hour party for 1-18 participants

Important Information

Payment policies

  • Initial payment: 50% due at time of booking with credit or debit card
  • Remaining balance: automatically charged to same card 7 days before event
  • Refunds: initial payment is non-refundable
  • Rescheduling: allowed, subject to availability
  • Twins and triplets: no extra charge
  • Gratuities: accepted, but not required. Cash only.
  • Final headcount: required 7 days before party

Arrival and departure

  • Parking: there are some spaces on our property, plus street parking
  • Arrival time for organizers: arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time
  • Set-up: Your birthday room will be set up with tables, chairs, and a table cloth. Plate settings are available upon arrival. Staff is not responsible for helping with set up.
  • Clean-up: Out of respect for the next birthday party, we ask for prompt arrival and departure. Your party room should be cleared of guests and personal items no later than 10 minutes after your party's end time.
  • Supervision: parents may drop-off children with signed waivers, and supervision from party organizer
  • Signed waivers: required

Decorations

  • Other decorations are not provided, but you may bring your own. (Party room only)
  • No pinatas, please.

Special needs

  • We can accommodate many special needs, but children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Children must be able to walk to participate.

Other information

  • Parties are held in a shared gym space, with a private party room
  • Children should be barefoot on gym floor, and wear shoes in the party room
  • Parties are staffed by our team
  • Outside entertainers: allowed (in party room only)
  • Parties that cause damage will incur additional charges
